- Checkout is completed through secure PayPal checkout system. You may use your paypal account or enter credit card details to complete the checkout process.
- You will receive an email confirming your order has been placed.
- On receipt of payment an invoice will be sent to you and your order will be entered into our production system. Your estimated despatch date will be 42 days after payment has been received.
- Within 7 working days of your payment being cleared you will receive a final art approval to confirm your design, colours and club logo. If a phone number is entered during checkout you will be contacted by SMS or phone call to alert you to the approval.
- You have 48 hours to approve the artwork. If approval takes longer your estimated despatch date may be extended.
- On completion of your order your garments will be despatched through StartTrack Couriers.
We deliver products Australia wide using StarTrack Couriers. At this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website. Each order is packed into lots of 20 with each package costing $30. eg. an order of 10 units will cost $30 to ship and an order of 25 units will cost $60 to ship.
Orders are dispatched within 42 days of payment being received. Shipping times are estimated between 1 to 2 day on completion of the order depending on your location within Australia.
By accepting the terms and conditions and placing an order you agree that you understand the order process including your responsiblities regarding art approval and how this will effect your delivery date.
Refund Policy: A full refund can be received if the order is cancelled by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of placing your order. After 3 days your order can be cancelled with a $50 art setup fee prior to art being approved. After art approval all orders are final and no modification or cancellations will be accepted. Damaged goods will be replaced upon notification within 14days of despatch of goods.
Artwork Approval: Within 7 working days of your payment being cleared you will receive a final art approval to confirm your design, colours and club logo. It is the users responsiblity to approve this artwork by return email within 48 hours to avoid delays. On approval if this requirement has not been met the customer will be notified of their new estimated despatch date.
The copyright in this website and the material on this website (including without limitation the text, computer code, artwork, photographs, images, music, audio material, video material and audio-visual material on this website) is owned by us and our licensors. DMC Sport Aust. is not responsible for any breach of copyright regarding logos uploaded to the design program, the customer takes full responsiblity the copyright of any logo used on their garments. DMC Sport Aust. reserves the right to remove offensive and inappropriate names and logos.
We are commited to safeguarding the privacy of our website visitors, we collect information relating to any transactions carried out between you and us on or in relation to this website, including information relating to any purchases you make of our goods or services. This information will be shared with our manufacturer but not with any other party.
As part of the order process you agree that DMC Sport Aust. and it's manufacturers may contact you by the email address provided during checkout to update you on the progress of your order and artwork approval. In the unlikely event that you receive any message from us or sent using our systems that may be considered to be spam, please contact us using the details below and the matter will be investigated.
DMC Sport Aust. is not responsible for any malfunctions in the online shopping cart. Where an error has occured you will be contacted by customer support to resolve the error, both parties reserve the right to cancel the order at this point.
